Hello.
I was upgraded nodeBB from 1.14.3 to 1.15.4 and see this when upgrading. Is this for some reason and can I enabled again, or it is incompatible with new nodeBB version?
Thanks!

@gotwf pardon the late response, I've adopted your suggestion, thanks!
@julian good to know! And apparently my spammers were all "human-powered"; ever since I made the changes suggested by @baris the blacklist hits and spam accounts have dropped to zero!
Hopefully it stays that way so I can focus on content
Cheers
@baris said in Multiple reply buttons on newest nodebb:
The reply button under each post is used to make a direct reply to the post. The blue reply button makes a reply to the topic itself.
It is also not new.
@fais3000 I wonder if something like this is actually the best approach or more "feature parity"? What problem are we trying to "solve" here? A couple possibilities come to mind:
Dismal signal to noise ratio. Lots of forums prioritize hits/impressions/click-thrus and thereby incentivized to tolerate and/or outright encourage "post whoring".
Long running threads with relatively good signal to noise ratios.
ADD/ADHD Generation?
Different problems may well warrant different solutions.
@oplik0 the SMTP didn't work either. But thank you very much for pointing at the other services! I've just tried SendGrid and it worked perfectly from the 1st attempt.

Thanks for the reply.
I had misunderstanding how this plugin works, now I got it.
It works now
Just for other users if they see this topic in the future: You should go to each Category you created before or create after that, click on Subscribe green button and the plugin should work for you like me.
For example in my website I have 3 categories called Q/A, Free Discussion and Announcements. I should subscribe in all these three and then just wait for another user to create topic.
Your email sending should work of course.
Again thanks @julian for helping me.
@julian They judge that DO claims rights to do things with user content, like publishing it, beyond reason, and it's too much to the potential disadvantage to the user.
@exobucks Best bet is to integrate the js code in your plugin itself, so all admins have to do is enable your plugin and that's that.
In your plugin you can execute your code in a client-side js file, and read the value of a configured ID from the plugin settings (if needed). You can see how this is done by inspecting how the Google Analytics plugin handles it:
