Not very often at all. Usually in Europe (one in Germany, one in the United Kingdom). Haven't seen it happen in North America. Still an issue, of course. We're looking into solutions in the long term.

Yep, the fading is intentional. Just a little stylish thing I threw in just for the lavender theme. When it does disappear, it should transition to 0 opacity, although it's possible the transition is happning too quickly. Again, this is a lavender trait. In vanilla, there is no flair, just the keyboard (to maximize themability) As for reloading the page, yes... NodeBB polls to see whether the composer is actually open, every 10 seconds.

Yeah I know what you mean, the board index can get a bit cluttered with the masonry effect. A sidebar widget listing all categories would be useful. I definitely want to try a more "traditional" forum layout in my next theme design

The downside of the help tab, of course, is that you don't get language translations in this Yeah we need to look into translation hooks for plugins. Something post-0.4x but open to any smart person who can think of a decent enough system :shipit:

@eva2000 this exporter hits the VB databases, gets all the relevant data, then writes them all on the file system in some storage directory in a structure that this nodebb-plugin-import can understand then import to the NodeBB database. .. basically a two step import technique.

@sunqi, you'll have to look into iptables configuration for CentOS. Not sure if it is enabled by default.

@bentael You simply can't like Safari @julian said: IE has far more likes than I would've expected... 6.5m people like you and I, except for the fact that they use IE and make the world harder for web-developers Maybe a bit to much browser-hating for one post so I have to say that I like both: Chrome and Fx, Opera is OK too...

@baris That does appear to resolve the issue. One issue it brings up, though, is that I have customizations to the lavender theme and the version I've been using appears incompatible with Edge. Is there any way to identify which versions of the lavender theme are compatible with which versions of NodeBB?

Are you using NodeBB in a different language, and it is appearing in English?

Looking at the wowhead documentation, I think I can only do it by item ID Thottbot (if you were around from vanilla to early BC you might know of this) was the original database before wowhead existed and they did do their tooltips by item name

+1 for Sublime... much better than gEdit (which is pretty much a glorified Nodepad :P)
