If we are on v0.9.4 do we just simply follow the docs to upgrade? When updating from v0.9.0 to v0.9.4 I had a few dependencies that were missing and that caused some headaches in the upgrade process. Will this be a seamless upgrade?

@Kalbaskin you may need to install them with npm. Give plugin devs a while to update their nbbpm hashes in the plugins, and they should start showing up.

Did you guys make a change and remove some CDN stuff recently? I haven't been able to access the Nodebb community from work for a while (blocked cdn stuff). But its working now!
