Let it be known that my Intel Dou 2 Core @ 2.65Ghz and GTX 750ti still preforms okay... It's just horrible dieing.
-
Get on my ~200 rpm/0 rpm/only noise is from my HDDs level. Also SSD behind the motherboard.
-
@AOKP dust settles because there's barely any airflow at least it's inaudible.
-
This was my first one, it's a custom NAS box, running on ~35 Watts idle, 50 running

I'm probably one of the few programmer type people who have never built their own computer. If you showed me a graphics card and a ram card thing I wouldn't be able to tell you the difference
Yes I just said ram card thing.
-
@psychobunny I... How... Did... Ehhh, crash course computer parts perhaps?
-
@Kowlin It's okay, he gets an automatic pass because he's got more design sense than @baris and I put together
Edit: Big honkin' HSFs on a bunch of your builds, guys... I haven't needed an aftermarket HSF since the Pentium 4 days
Edit 2: @Schamper SSD behind the motherboad? Sounds dangerous, why didn't I think of that! I also own a graphics card with a heatsink only. How's that for no noise...
Edit 3: You can tell @baris isn't lying about the age of his case... rust, 80mm rear fans only (pre-dates 120mm fans), bays for 2+ floppies

The cables of mine just are to big to fit them all through the cable ducts...
Of course I'm doing all my work with a more power friendly ultrabook device...
@psychobunny find the "ram card thing", a hint: it's only visible on the first pic

@frissdiegurke Hhmmm I see a Steam Controller & a Logitech G35 headset
