That sounds like parsing some posts is taking too long when they are not cached, I noticed that happening with various plugins that make network requests to parse posts like iframely/github embed etc. Try disabling those and see if it makes a difference.

We should probably add bookmarks to the user menu - currently you have to:

Open user menu
Go to profile
Click on posts
Click on bookmarks

Seems the z-index value for embedded images is higher than the main post toolbar

I don't know why iframely sets z-index:20 on those images.

For a quick fix just set .sticky-tools { z-index: 21};

@baris Seems it does make a huge difference, but the bizarre thing here is that it's not an issue on my v2 prod instance !

Cache is hot on production, so you likely wouldn't see issues with topics loading slowly?

Huge difference between the two of them. I guess I could write a script that walks each URL to increase the cache, but this is somewhat overkill for Dev. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything going on that impacts performance in Prod once we go live.

I have manually tagged and released v3.0.0-beta.2 (on a Friday, no less).

Keep in mind Monday is also a regional holiday for us so if you could please not bother filing bugs until Tuesday...

@julian doesn't seem to work. Everything looks ok during the process with NodeBB stopped, but still beta.1 afterwards

@phenomlab Whoopsies, do it again. I forgot to push the actual commit with the version string change

Keep in mind if you've been following along with the bootstrap5 branch, and have been pulling regularly, then this commit is just symbolic
