Convert existing MongoDB to Postgres

Is it possible to convert an existing MongoDB / Redis backed (clustering) instance to PostGres? Whilst I have no issue with MongoDB per se, I'd more comfortable with Postgres

@phenomlab, As someone who is preparing to launch a new forum, can I ask why you are opting for Postgres? I am wondering whether to go with Mongo or Postgres. Are there plans for NodeBB to switch over and make Postgres the default supported option?

@BrotherGlaucon More familiarity at this stage to be honest. MongoDB excels in speed.

We don't plan on changing the default database.
