NODEBB forum installation failed

I tried to install a local nodebb site (on a computer with Windows).
I downloaded the latest version of NodeBB from github:

git clone https://github.com/NodeBB/NodeBB NodeBB22

and then:

cd Nodebb22

Then the installation command:

nodebb

But the installation fails ...
Here is the full error log:
