US Election today

Today we are voting for who will become president starting next year. It's pretty lame because the candidates stink. I was seriously tempted to vote Canada for President. As my wife says though, "life will go on no matter who wins."

The important thing to note is that you should vote, because throwing your vote away does nobody any good.

... also because there are other issues that need voting on, not just the presidency.

The only thing such a vote would be is a waste of time.

Julian is talking about voting for issues other than President. Like Senate members, governors, and congress. Or Referendums, and other local items up for a vote.
