Disabling skins

So to get this right, you on a user level have a custom skin selected WHILE skins are globally disabled?

No, @Kowlin. As as administrator, under the Administrator Control Panel (/admin) I picked a skin. Once you pick a skin there, there is no way to set the skins to none. The only way I have found to reset skins is by changing the theme, and going back to the theme you had before. That will reset skins.

If you're using 0.8.x, there's a "revert" button on bottom-right of skins page (looks like an undo or back button).

It resets the skin to default.

Here it is on my phone.

Of course I saw it. My finger got tired of clicking on it, while observing no results at all.

Oh? Feel free to reply to the issue I closed, my bad. From the original report I assumed you didn't notice the button as opposed to that button not actually working.

EDIT: Minor victory for me, because our team thought I sucked at UX because you didn't see the button. I just suck at coding then Please post git hash and stuff on the issue thread, will try and reproduce myself. FWIW, it does work for me on latest.
