European Cookie Bullshit

I see no issues with the "European Cookie Bullshit" (I am from Europe, but as American as Lincoln now). It is intended to protect the user (any other hidden and ulterior purpose notwithstanding). It takes a second to make the notice disappear. More often than not, I simply ignore it and continue using the site as I was.

I'm an American living in Europe and it is definitely BS. It protects no one but just causes the web experience in Europe to be inferior to that elsewhere. It actually puts Europeans at more risk, not less, by creating a false sense of security.

Security through annoyance is never security. This is a trick on the people, not an attempt to protect them.

All larger forums and blogs use Adsense or ads in general. If you have some heavy used website, which generates user experience from content, then you have to invest much time to this website. This is the time which you could invest in your job or family, so for me it is OK to monetize.

We are pretty large and, at the moment at least, don't have any ads.

They all have strength in depth, a couple of injuries to either of our teams (which always happens) and suddenly we're calling up our youth players to fill the gaps. Also our defence is weak; Per and Nacho are too slow; Bellerin is inexperienced and Koscielny is too hot-headed.
