Template fixes for Bootswatch themes

Made some serious cleanup and fixes to our templates so they play nicely with bootswatch themes. Here is the commit.

And here is how the cyborg theme looks like now, before it was a mess

Feel free to play around with all the themes from the admin panel and let us know if you notice any inconsistencies.

How much tinkering will it take to give the topic view a sidebar just like the category view?

That would require adding part of the template in category.tpl to topic.tpl, but I think @psychobunny is thinking about a customizable system where you can add different kinds of "widgets" to where you want. Once that is done it would be a matter of enabling sidebars from the ACP.
