Url API replace to: localhost:4567/forum/api/v1/...

That error message seems like the token does not exist, or is not related to a proper uid...

I got it. What make? I don't know. Token exist, i tried several, master and user token, not work.

You used the wrong token, still. This is what the error message is trying to tell you.
