New composer

Couldn't resist working on NodeBB on my vacation, so I re-wrote a bit of the code that powers the composer!

What do you think?

Needs some work for touchscreen support, and isn't fully tested on mobile yet.

Please let me know what you think!!

Some ideas

• Reduce the "default" position of the composer to be 33% instead of 50%
• More opacity in background
• Change the chevron to something more modern (vertical dots, perhaps)

I like the composer and the position of where it's at, but I'm not sure if I totally agree with opacity background seeing as though it looks a bit awkward overlapping the text in certain areas.

Edit: Awesome, I like the chevron like that looks cool.

I have just started with nodebb and I am trying to improve the method to add a link... It isn't bad but I think it is better a small modal with title and url to generate the text.
