Lesson learned: Our rules for this plugin contest were not adequately codified or communicated to developers. What rules, you ask? Exactly.

In the interest of keeping everything civil and inclusive, we'll be making broad exceptions to submissions that don't satisfy the published in October || commits in October || NodeBB thread made in October rule.

Next contest will be a rule-fest, just you wait

On a related note, how long will the voting last?

Also, are we allowed to publish updates to our plugin/theme based on feedback we got or bugs that we find, while the voting is in process?

By next year, I hope there is some type of competition as far as themes go, I'll just stand on the sidelines while Tanner collects his prizes! Next year (if we do this again) I won't let such an easy win slip by like that again... Congrats Tanner, you've earned it.
