Who is using NodeBB?
-
for Zelda. Although I don't speak Spanish

I just set-up a test forum up after discovering NodeBB the other day. It was an easy install with SmartOS. What a perfect marriage together with my Ghost and SmartOS setup! This has great potential and I can, finally, say goodbye to bloated LAMP set-ups .
I've been through several forum solutions with Xenforo as the most recent one. I will start to develop sites using NodeBB from now on.
Way to go guys. Now, add simple CMS and email-to-board features and this will start knocking at the door of the millions of Drupal and Joomla users out there for basic functionalities.

I just spun up NodeBB to use as the forums for my D&D campaign.

Hello
I've recently installed nodeBB, migrating out of the bbPress forums. The forum is located at TechMesto, just if you'd wanna include it in the original post.
Spent days on discourse, but I found nodeBB having a better community and plugin support. Plus the docker based install of Discourse is a big mess. The importer plugin for nodeBB does wonders and after some support from developer, helped me migrade pretty much everything from my bbPress over to nodeBB.Thanks a lot to everybody involved with this project.

https://forums.spacecp.net/ is using NodeBB. I use it sometimes to inspire me, because I'm developing a forum in NodeJS too

We're using it as a support forum for our (open-source) apps, primarily DAVdroid: see https://forums.bitfire.at
We had only "issues" before, which have many disadvantages (the biggest one that they're not intended for support, but for bug tracking, but people will abuse it for posting support requests).
