Plugin is uninstalled, but it's still there

I have installed nodebb-plugin-github-embed but later on I uninstalled it in favor of the nodebb-plugin-link-preview. I have deactivated and uninstalled the plugin, and did the full Rebuild & Restart.

However the plugin is still there. And is still affecting the site as seen on this thread.

What would be safe way to get rid of this? Thanks.

What is the output of ./nodebb plugins if it still has an entry in the acp it is either still active or you haven't restarted

Turns out that my "Restart & Rebuild" command that I issued in Dashboard wasn't executed properly. It was rebuilding successfully, but then it got stuck on "NodeBB is restarting" part for more than 10 minutes++.

Retried it all over again, and it's now properly gone

@cat I've had this happen to me a few times also on upgrading plugins in the sense of the never ending restarting message.
