Direct links work, also for error logs. Just the Link Plugins > Advanced is not working ..

@hellomydude this is probably because that topic on your site had multiple posts, but the example topic on this site only had one.
Regardless it should not affect SEO.

no, the example on my site also has 1 post. For example, when we go back to the 1st post on this site, the number 1 disappears.

No, it doesn't affect SEO. It's just a way to easily navigate to the proper post on the topic (by its index).
