Hide links to guests

Hi,

I made a plugin to hide links to guest:

I hope it will be helpfull to anybody who needs it.

In the next version the extension will have configurations in the admnistration panel to hide more stuff other than links.

From admin panel config is required something like adding custom messages in the place of link

I released version 1.0.2 which contains translations of the message that appears. That is, until we have the possibility to customize the messages in the admin panel.

Until then I challenge you to open a pull request with the missing languages ​​:)

For now, the extension has PT-PT, ES, EN-GB AND EN-US.

i couldn't able to get this under install plugin option.
how can i install this?
