NodeBB doesn't save the Mongo database anywhere specific on the file system, it would be wherever the insulted MongoDB install saves it's data.
why not allow new 1.19.2 update or fresh installs?
Yesterday I tried to update a site but the version v1.19.2 did not appear in the terminal. git fetch
command doesn't show 1.19.2 either. Dev-mastrer is displayed as the latest version.

You can certainly update or fresh install 1.19.2
What do you mean it does not appear in the terminal? What commands were you running?
You seem to have a misunderstanding of git commands.
