Unable to install nodebb

Last few days I was trying to install the nodebb in my machine, Connection getting rejected at the installation time using lib and db, same problem with both Mongodb and PostgreSQL. please help me to install the nodebb.

What version of NodeBB? What version of the database? Have you emailed it's running? Have you checked that you can connect to it manually? What error do you get exactly? (Provide a screenshot) What guide are you using for install?
