What Plugin Is Used Here to Show Web Link Slugs

On the NodeBB official forum, when you link to another site it doesn't just show a link but it shows a slug of that site. What is the name of the plugin being used to do that? Thx

Yep! It's IFramely. I believe there's a free tier that anyone can use. They even help maintain their own NodeBB plugin!
