User card: start chat, show all groups, and more

On the user card, I'd like to see a "start/continue chat" button. SMF used to provide a bunch of (unnecessary) option under the profile pic but Send PM was useful. I think it would be great to have it on the card.

I'll post more about it later, but on our forum people have a lot of groups and want to show off their badges. It looks kinda ugly and causes UI bugs. It would be nice if they could show them off in the card.

Include other profile data: about me (or at least the first 256 chars), location, and age.

If the team is okay with these suggestions, I'll open github issues for them. Should I do one issue for each? All in one? Combine 1 & 3 together and keep 2 separate?

@djensen47 I'd put all user card design suggestions in one place. What would be nice, should you choose to create issue(s), would be mockups of what you'd like things to look.

If you hover on the avatar, that card appears but if you click the avatar, the old one shows up too.
Is there a way we can turn off the default card system?
