NPM error after upgrade

Hello i was upgrading my NodeBB v0.7.1 to newer versions i get to v0.8.2 and everything worked good , when i tried to upgrade from v0.8.2 to v0.9.x i get error after doing ./nodebb upgrade command.

Can someone please help me solve this, i am stuck here ;/ ?

node 0.10 and npm 1.3 are not supported anymore, you should at least upgrade to node 6+ and npm3+
