About the Rewards system

Hi everyone,
I'm aware that when a user's post gets upvoted he/she will earn reputation points. Also, that there are advanced rules to control abusive behavior. My question is what about if I want to assign users to groups based on their reputation? My first thought is that is possible, but, for some reason I do not get the right user groups, am I missing something? e.g. after 30 points assign to "Gold posters" group, etc.

the reward system does not work anymore in my nodeBB (never used it, but I checked it, and wasn't working)
