@TechConnectify 19:15 Unlikely we're ever going to get a truly accurate warm glow with LEDs.Pretty much all LEDs, even the super high end ones advertising 98+ CRI do not have good red spectral emission. The standard phosphors do not produce much emission from 650-700nm, which is what you would need for that truly warm glow.Same reason you can't find high CRI flame bulbs (they're just orangeish) since CCT below 2700K just needs a ton of red.
@rq Yes, big fan of the project!I'm sticking with Mastodon for now, really don't have the time for a big server migration, but I'm keeping an eye on what they're up to, even recommend them when I have a chance!
My Friendsgiving (delayed b/c snow) wound up happening immediately after a wedding ceremony I'd already agreed to perform. The brides were both from West Virginia and came to Vermont to get married. I did not ask who they had left the front row empty chair for--we had just met and it didn't seem like the right time--but I think the ceremony (which they wrote) speaks to the love they found and the better world they envision. I was honored to be a part of it.https://vermontjp.tumblr.com/post/768623880690696192/thirty-third-ceremony-rose-and-skye#vermont

@skinnylatte @rzeta0 it's on our radar, and there's a callout in the post to that effect. the focus for now is to make sure we're agile enough to pick up and move should we need to.the immediate impending threat is the US, so we'll start there and then roll any learnings/efficiencies into moving/decentering Germany, should it come to that.
