It looks like that hosting service only provides shared hosting, which doesn't work for NodeBB. You'll have to use a different host, one which provides virtual private servers (VPS), like DigitalOcean.
NodeBB is designed to work best under a virtual private server. Using a traditional hosting service is not recommended as they do not have the capabilities to power NodeBB effectively.
