profile info scanner plugin

Hi,
Every now and then, some folks create an account for their +18 job... We are a family-friendly forum, which I believe is the same for everyone here. Of course, we do not want search engines to pick +18 words from our website.
We basically need a plugin that can scan the profiles (username, about, signature, email address, website etc.) weekly (or bi-weekly) with some keywords such as "escort" "call girl" "sexy" etc. ; and show us the profiles, so we can take care of them.
We take "location" info during the registration process, and the map plugin is always active on the forum. Right now, the best and easiest way to find these spam users is "the map plugin"... Thanks to location input, I can locate them on our map from their profile picture and delete these users.
However, every month, I am only deleting 10-20 spam users from the map, I do not know how much more is in the forum, and there is no easy way to look at these users since they do not have their "location" set on the profile...
I am worried that over time with more and more spam users, google will associate our forum with these words. So, any suggestion is appreciated...
One quick note... these spam users are not really active users, they create an account and put all their info on their profile (names, website, phone, address), and then leave the forum.

What about just deleting a newly created account if it is inactive for a certain amount of time?
Or hiding accounts from search engines if they don't verify their email?
Or just adding all user profiles to robots.txt?

this is not possible for us, old users often come back to report back to the forum.

all these users verify their email addresses, but I would like to learn how we can hide the accounts (only username or all the info on the profile?) from search engines...
Or just adding all user profiles to robots.txt?
Can you please tell more about this?
Is it possible to hide "usernames" from search engines? basically anything after an "@" sign? On a separate problem, users (who mistakenly use their real and full name while registering) sometimes email us to change their usernames because they do not want google search to show their full name on the forum. Unfortunately, we cannot provide them "full" solution, because when their usernames are tagged in other user's posts, changing username does not solve this problem...

can user search be expanded to search any words in profile info?
these inappropriate groups of people create a profile on our forum every now and then, and share their information on their profile page. I wonder how others are managing these types of users...

alternatively, if it is easier, this search function can be added to this search page (but only available to moderators) to search on profile page, which will search the word on these sections: "full name", "website", "about me", and "signature"... and return username as results... so spam users can be detected and removed from the forum database...

just to point it out, this search function will be utilized by others, for sure by @Gliding9426 , especially to identify "obviously spam" users. These users are otherwise difficult to detect without spending countless hours checking each user individually.
Option to disallow links in user profiles?
Yes, they were writing in the about me. Pretty invisible to moderators, was discovered by accident because one of those was posting useless replies and was w...
