On Docker timezone ok but not ok for logs

Hello,

I have a problem with logs timezone while using NodeBB in a docker environment.
Tried to setup in my docker-compose TZ=Europe/Paris, binded timezone and localtime but the logs remains in the initial timezone.
However posted message are in correct timezone, so this is a good thing

I believe NodeBB pigs are always UTC time.
