@Jenkler My plugin nodebb-featured-topics-extended is an option.
I see it on a ton of sites, despite it not being finished or advertised anywhere.
I'm not doing any work on it right now, but if you need any features added you can send a github issue and I'll get to it asap.

Hi, I'm an old developer, but new to forums in general; so in ignorance I'll cop-opt this thread to ask if anyone knows a way to give all the users their own blog.
It could just be as simple as a category, but with posts somehow grouped per user... Just a way to pivot the posts.
I tried the
nodebb-featured-topics-extendedplugin, but alas, couldn't make head nor heels of it's setup, and anyways I assume it's for a global blog for the forum, yes?Cheers

@Flemming-Hansen yes indeed it is a global 'blog' for the forum, it features the topics administratros want.

@Flemming-Hansen Wow, great timing. I'm actually working on Personal blogs for the next release. Glad to know someone is interested in it besides myself.

@yariplus Not sure if it fits in with your ideas, but can I request you allow user and group blogs in the plugin your working on?
