Notification Alert Bug

The notification alert seems to be acting up.

When I click on the notification bell icon, each item starts with the text
user_mentioned_you_in followed by the username and then the title.

Anyone seeing it on their end? Bug?

@charles @pichalite seems to happen only with the mentions, If i replay only to the topic and you're subscribed, the notification appears correctly (i'll reply right now to see the diferrence without mention anyone so you can confirm the behaviour).

As i said, replying to the topic without mentioning anyone, should get a correct notification to the subscribers of the topic, followers of the users etc.
