NodeBB Developer AMA/Meet & Greet (Monday, June 16th, 2014)

Apologies for missing this, being tired and working out timezones isn't my strong point, anyway, just watched through it, few things I picked up on and would have asked while the conversation was ongoing.
For things like Global Moderators etc, a Moderator log would be useful, so an admin can see which moderator has deleted or editted which posts etc. Then to set yourself apart from other forum software, show what was actually changed. I often see edits, and wonder what was said etc before it was removed. So something like github with the + and the - would be cool. But not a necessity
The other thing was the plugins and the plugin system. With 0.5.0 coming soon, this should negate the issue of plugins breaking forums for whatever reason, however I don't think this will stop certain admins trying to install them anyway through npm, perhaps they go into the Plugins Category on this site and just drop npm commands into Terminal. Maybe an out of date plugin has functionality that someone really wants, but the plugin author has gone AWOL and it hasn't been updated for example. I've had a Pull Request on the spotify plugin for a few days, but the guy who built it hasn't been around for about 3 months. At what point do I make a new one and call it nodebb-plugin-spotify-v2?
Oh and who was the dog?

Sounds an awful lot like gh#149 -- check out the issue number! We've been aware of this for awhile, but it's always been a nice to have, so it's been on the backburner for awhile...

Probably some troll -- the hangouts link was broadcast live Made for a nice break though! It could've been much worse...: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IE3KdcTgrno
