I resolved the error by myself,
remove the quote given for priority value.

/root/nodebb/src/sitemap.js was

'{ url: '/page-1/', changefreq: 'daily', priority: ''0.3'' },

now

{ url: '/page-1/', changefreq: 'daily', priority: 0.3 },

remove the quotes from all occurrence.
Restart Nodebb.

I did some google and executed this command netstat -npl | grep 6379

I am not sure its acting strangely. I was not able to create a new topic via browser (PC) the composer didn't even open but via mobile everything works well. I posted a new topic and I can see it after a refresh.
Let me know if I should type in some commands, I am new to Ubuntu via ssh
