How to upload images in replays and topic other than markdown

when i try to add a image in the forum, it just giving me markdown syntax (hosted in ubuntu 16.04 using mongodb if any of these makes sense.) BTW i don't have much experience with nodebb.

Install an image upload plugin or allow users to upload files, then you should see a cloud upload image in the composer clicking it will open the upload dialog. You can test it on this forum.

i've tried that but everytime i place the api id, secret then i click authenticate it shows no client id, why is that, i've opened issue on github but looks like it hasn't active since 2 years.

@KD-Puvvadi did you click save before clicking on "Authorize"?

yes, i've saved it . but problem still exist, some times shows invalid client id, sometime invalid session id
