Spoilers revealed in email subscription

Hey guys, wasn't sure where to put this one. It seems like it should be in core because that's where the e-mail is generated (or is it in the mail plugin?), but spoilers are only generated by plugins...

Which email? I thought the digest only reports titles...

Send an email when replies are made to topics I am subscribed to

Those used to send full content thought.

@Bri It should go into the plugin that generates spoilers; The author may manipulate any post emails in this regard.
