How do i backup my nodebb forum?

If you run on digital ocean, they have a backup service; I'm sure other VPS providers offer something similar. If you search here there are a few other methods and scripts for backups

@phit is there an option to import/export complete forum data ? that way we can export data to a local storage and then import it onto a fresh install if things had gone south.
