Notifications count and chats menu on mobile

Maybe put a buble like the unread posta menú. Notifications on mobile has no count.
And a menú of recent chats on mobile

I need a way to see the active chats or last chats with notifications on mobile. 50% of my members use smartphones

To do this, you'll have to take out the media queries that hide the chat. Take out the hidden-xs accordingly in the header.tpl.
