Question: Is there a plugin, if you don't want to chat with a member?

Is there a way, of a plugin so a person can 'block' a person so it can't chat with that person?

So member A hates member B. Member A does not want to chat with Member B. can Member A block Member B so Member A doesn't recieve chat messages from Member B.

Thare is a default option that allows a user to only allow people to chat with them if they he follows them

Is there an option so an user have to make a few posts on the community before he can send chat mesages?

I know, but it's hard to find for some users.
