Terms of Use [PLUGIN] (ToU)

Hi,
Most of the PocketMine-MP users should know me, CreeperFace. To whom who don't, I am a developer, I know coding in PHP. What I wanted to ask, is how am I supposed to add a Terms of Use plugin to my Forums. In addition, I would like to clarify that this is possible, seen in
forum.leet.cc. On further notice, can you please reply fast? Thanks!

You can simply edit the registration template, which can be found in "public/templates".
All what it takes is some basic HTML and thats it. -
There's a setting for adding terms of use in the control panel, I don't remember what page, just use the search
