[Resolved] Emailer not installed

Hi,

I have installed NodeBB v0.8.2, but, I can't send any email

I have tried :

• nodebb-plugin-emailer-mailgun
• nodebb-plugin-emailer-sendgrid
• nodebb-plugin-emailer-mandrill

But after reload/restart, I still have this message "Emailer not installed"
Did I miss something ?
Do I activate another plugin before ?

Just checking, have you activated the plugin on extend->plugins, restarted, filled out the apikey and domain on the plugin's page, then restarted again?

I guess that the actual issue is that he is using the master branch. I experienced a similar issue to him on it, but as julian said it, there will be some changes regards the mail function in 0.9.x.

For example, I asked to follow this topic, my email is valid, no mail in spam => no mail about answers

Do you have the option enabled to send email replies to topics you follow?

Also, does the test email button in the settings page work?

@psychobunny : Nope, i have a message like this "No email was sent, no emailer plugin was installed" (my Nodebb is offline, I can't test)

Problem solved with 0.9.0.
