    No, in the previous update, a redis package was replaced via ioredis package. And that change is broke your configuration.

    @Bri Yes there are solutions like Microsoft's vcpkg or even cppan.

    But my tool would be more like a deployment complement: you would generate your binaries for the end user to download them but also an amalgamated version in case they want to use the quick n easy way.

    One thing I'd like to setup if this happens to be successful would be a cloud service which would allow to easily amalgamate your project.

They will fetch messages from the central storage and send them to the target, if the target is connected to them. Or in case of groups ("rooms"), send it to all in that group connected to them.

    I'm not sure if I understand your question exactly, but you can write a plugin to listen to a new route (URL endpoint) or interprocess communication and load and call NodeBB libraries.
    You may consider using this plugin Git repo as a bootstrap to get you started quickly. Remember that the plugin.json, package.json, and library.js are the first files to work with. The plugin repo name / directory name will need to match the glob nodebb-plugin-* and it needs to be directly under the node_modules/ directory which is at the root of your NodeBB directory.

    I'm currently using:

    node -v v0.10.37

    on Ubuntu LTS 14.04.2.

    Has anyone upgraded from Chris Lea to Nodesource?
    Has anyone tested NodeBB with v0.10.38?
