Have you tried run ./nodebb setup or ./nodebb build? It seems that it did't build the static files.
Error during upgrade to latest master
This is the error I get during the upgrade:

worked for me
Looks like I need to add that dependency explicitly from now on.
Not sure what depended on redisearch besides dbsearch, but I also just ran
npm unl redisearchand
./nodebb upgradethen worked.
