Skins neglect?

Hey guys just upgraded to 8.1. Wow. I love the changes that happen to the admin panel every time there's a major upgrade.
Anywho, I've started paying attention to the different theme and skin pairings. After activating the Persona theme, I noticed that dark skins like Cyborg or Darkly flip to a white background when shrunk to a mobile width (and then it's hard to read the white text on a white background). Also, Lavender doesn't seem to pick up any skin changes?
Just thought I'd call it out.

Lavender has never had skin support, and that's semi-intentional, as the theme (by @psychobunny) and skins support (by me) were coded at the same time and didn't work with each other.
Starting with Persona, skins should work again (and they do work with vanilla), though the bug with the background on mobile view seems new, so you may want to report that to the issue tracker
