Need Help Installing Nodebb.

I know nothing about it. So Here Is my situation

I created a subdomain for my website that looks like this forum.mydomain.com
I don't know what to do next.
I have downloaded it - https://github.com/NodeBB/NodeBB/archive/v0.7.2.zip

Consider me a newbie in every aspect but i want nodebb for my subdomain.

It is saying that i need to install it through my PC but isn't it like that i have downloaded the files just paste those files in my cpanel. And Boom site configured.

Can you tell anything about your hosting? Do you have SSH access?

NodeBB is designed to work best under a virtual private server. Using a traditional hosting service is not recommended as they do not have the capabilities to power NodeBB effectively.
