Bug in privileges?

• When you delete a user privileges error takes off -

• Second mistake: guests cannot post new threads even after I told them allowed.

The problem only I have? If so, I am afraid that have to clean the database.

That's weird, why's there no username...?

Not sure if related, but exporting users as CSV format just brings out nothing but Null. For me anyway,

Users.csv is fixed on master.

Yes, privileges to individual users work.
(But not very well. It is necessary to update the page that the error does not take off.)

But the guests still cannot create threads.

All other privileges to guests work.
(find category, access & read, reply to Topics).

Create Topics - no effect.
