Each Post it's own URL

Very, very useful for me would be if each post could be referenced by it's own URL
(without any other posts, OT...)

How can we have this? How easy to add?

Do you want to be sent to a page that displays only one post? That would require a plugin.

Do you want to be sent to the topic, but automatically scroll to the post? That's already a thing. However, there is no real way of knowing what number corresponds to what post, so having a little link sign would be nice.

Why not simply use goo.gl to convert the post URL. In effect, both are the same, right ?

How would you do that? Show me an example please.
