    I setup nodebb-plugin-emailer-smtp-complete in order to send my email to a local postfix relay but it fails when you do not use auth.

    I created an issue on the plugin's github, but have noreal idea how to fix or I would make a pull request.

    @yariplus Nice short, I will try to update my plugin to the new style 🙂

    Is it easy to read a json file from disk when you visit a page, Lets sat that you have somthing in stuff.json and that file is updated now an then on the disk.

    Had to amend some versioning
    Would be great if someone could test it out in the wild, and feed back

    Wont close the issue yet, unless i dont here back in a reasonable time

    hi, first of all, I love this forum software. Good job and sharing.

    Currently, I'm trying to learn how to write plugins. I have read around and understand that the frontend is using jquery. However, imo, jquery is "dirty" due to DOM manipulation and thus difficult to maintenance.

    I am wondering if there is any basic example on plugin that uses angularjs framework? If yes, can you please point me to it.
