Hello. This has already been asked by someone else, whether they can hide subcategories from home page but the response was to modify the CSS. Could there be a feature which could hide the subcategories without having to modify the CSS?

If I remember correctly, you can change the order in the admin panel for all categories; not just one, however.

@ankitpr89 I don't believe there is a way to sort topics by popularity. However, it is difficult to come up with a suitable algorithm to correctly elevate posts based on popularity while taking into account staleness of the post.
Simply put: If we sorted topics according to popularity, the most popular topic would be at the top forever
