The plugins section is a curated list of plugins that used to be automated (new entries added automatically). We disabled that for now, although we'll be adding some of the newer ones soon, manually...
In the meantime, you can install it by running
npm install nodebb-plugin-shortcuts
-
after installation you need to activate it within ACP plugins-page

@frissdiegurke I have, when I go to the plugin's section sometimes the shortcuts load, sometimes they don't. I'm having a very odd experience, and none of the shortcuts that are sometimes listed work at all.
Edit: I've also tried restarting many times.

This means that your problem is non-working websockets I cant give you more help within this area, but I guess @julian or so. else may...
-
Maybe clear your cache first and see if it's working then.

ya, I've seen such issues some times before on this board.
socket.io
has a fallback to other methods that work, but to initiate the fallback it needs some time... -

You are correct. I am using ubuntu 12.04 and the version of nginx is low. After I upgrade nginx, it works. Thank you.
NodeBB Community (community.nodebb.org)
maybe that helps

@frissdiegurke Thanks, I tried following the commands in the last post but that did me no good. I also tried this http://stackoverflow.com/a/20720259 but it still has that 10+ second delay.
