Topic Merging

Is this already in? Would be grand to highlight two or more topics and have them merge into one, pick which title you want to keep or define a new one.

Topic splitting to go along with this would also be nice, unless it's already there and I didn't notice.

Any chance to have topic merging I'm nodebb. We have for example two topics with the same subject. Merging those topics is crucial.
