Discouragement and user discipline

XenForo has a feature in the core which is very interesting and which is excellent which is the following: Discouragement and discipline of the user
In particular, it allows the home page to take half an hour to load for trolls, to point links anywhere, etc.

to the forum home page. - Add User Group for Banned: When a user is banned, they can be added to a specific user group while the ban is
active. This allows you to override the cfusers group style, for example.
Send reports in the forum: If a forum is selected here, the report center will be disabled and a topic will be displayed each time content
will be reported.
It would be super cool to have this kind of thing in NodeBB core (or as a plugin) or something close to it. In any case, it would be very useful to me and I'm sure I'm not the only one

@DownPW definitely a nice candidate for a plugin.
Though keep in mind that if the griefed user logs out of their account, then they would instantly know that their account is flagged for slow down since access would be quick for guests.

@DownPW Just my opinion, but seems a lot of effort for users you dont want anyway.
Personally think 'unusual' things like that, should not be included in Core. If someone makes it a plugin fair enough.
Core should be for the main functionality, which a significant number of the users want. -

Sure but in get's mode, the user don't bother us
The goal would really be to discourage a troll from remaining on the site as a registered user.
For example, in our forum, we allow maximum expression and only censor when strictly necessary.
Many trolls are very intelligent ((weird right?
) and know how to follow the rules while being extremely annoying.--> This kind of thing would be great...
